I’m not going to link to the site, but I will call them a bunch of thieves. They have been taking the posts here on Coffee Hero and a few other sites in their entirety and posting them as their own. I’ve reported them to Google. Given my past experience reporting problems to Google, I don’t expect much action on this.
I’ll be interested to see if they steal this post too.
I’ve had this same problem more than once with various sites. Complain to Google and to their host, which is conveniently a company in Ohio (http://whois.domaintools.com/fivebean.com), they’ll disappear.

The host usually works for me too. Sometimes contacting their registar works too. However, my favorite is just sending a fake Cease & Desist letter…if they list their email. Hopefully you can get it resolved, I hate it when it happens to me.
They done goofed – consequences will never be the same.
