Well into my 30s, I’ve regained a tolerance for late-night caffeine.

Winter’s mission of visiting every North American Starbucks once seemed impossible — now he’s less than 20 cafes away.

In Johnny Mercer’s centennial birthday celebration, it was one of his covers, “The Java Jive,” that caught my attention.
